We love our early mornings! We are currently working with our sister company Capitol Drywall and Davis Construction, providing dumpster rental service with recycling at a GSA project in Rosslyn. We have to complete our dumpster pull and exchange at 4am SHARP! Senior Superintendent Dave McIntire has worked for Davis Construction for 29 years and appreciates our attention to detail. He told us, “Working on large commercial projects can be very challenging , but one thing I don’t have to worry about is Selective Hauling. Our dumpsters have to be switched out at 4 am because of alley and local traffic restrictions. Not only is Selective always punctual, they have called me at the end of the day to make sure I needed a new dumpster.”
As you can see, the project is coming along nicely.
This job also requires recycling documentation, with which we are happy to assist. McIntire added, “It’s not just about dumpsters these days , most jobs are LEED now also and the documentation has to be submitted correctly and on time to receive Occupancy.
